Prices, description and availability of goods

All prices are shown in SGD (Singapore Dollars). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavor to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items displayed on our site may be mispriced.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

GST applies to all goods and services consumed in Singapore. GST is calculated on the total purchase value and shipping cost. GST will be displayed in the shopping basket upon complete checkout

Payment methods

All orders must be paid for by Paypal, check/money order, or cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by credit cards, and you cannot pay in installments. Payment shall preferably be in Singapore Dollars. If it is in foreign currency, it shall be converted to the same value of Singapore Dollars based on current exchange rates.

Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and the shipping method. We will notify you of the status of the delivery of your goods when it is despatched and the time it will take before reaching your doorstep. The delivery costs are included in the on every order unless otherwise stated. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.
